This one is well worth the visit if you are in the area. As our family is well acquainted with Filipino food we wanted to give this place a try. The sizzling sisig was spot on, so much so that we ordered extra to take home for the rest of the clan to try. The Litson Kawali also gets an honourable mention as it was also delicious (although we didn’t get an extra takeout of this dish as the pork can dry out and become tough when reheated). Very friendly staff who made us feel more like we had popped into a friends place for some food (if you ever visit a Filipino home, after greetings you will here the famous phrase “let’s eat” and the food will keep on coming) albeit food we paid for. But it was well worth it and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Authentic Filipino food at the heart of tooting. Tried the Sizzling Pork dish, and my highlight was their Taro pie (much like lemon curd but with a twist. The owner even let us sing a few songs to end the day!

I stumbled across this restaurant while I was getting grocery nearby. I am a big fan of Filipino food and I have tried some of the best Filipino food from my Filipino’s friends mom and good Filipino food from the Bay Area! This place serves a real authentic Filipino food! I ordered Sinigang, and it tasted just right, the broth and the sourness hits the spots! The only I wish is that they use pork ribs instead of pork belly, it was still good tho! I will definitely come back to try other dishes :)

Tucked away towards the back of the market this was a gem of a restaurant with authentic food. The veggie options are definitely limited, but everything was well flavoured and cooked. For dessert the Ube Pie is an incredible colour of purple and tastes sublime. The cocktails were also good and 2 for 1 during happy hour

We had Tapsilog, pork bbq, lumpia and pork sinigang. We went on a Sunday so parking was free around the area. Food was great. True Filipino cuisine and not modified to suit international taste. Portion was good as well. Price was reasonable. Owners were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place and we would come back again one day. Thank you.
